Eckhart Tolle, Dr. Wayne Dyer and Ram Dass (recognized respectively as the number 1, 3 and 45th most spiritually influential living people by Watkins Review Magazine) made Maui the site of a series of six live, inspirational web-streaming sessions.
Participants traveled from all over the world to fill the Grand Ballroom of the Hyatt Regency in Kaanapali which was the origination point for the four-camera live video feed that streamed into 130 countries via the EckhartTolleTV.com subscription based website. The talks were moderated by Tami Simon who runs Sounds True Recordings, which along with Hay House Publishing, were the marketing partners for the events.
The entire event was produced by Greg Zelonka of EckhartTolleTV.com. Anthony McLaughlin the CEO of Eckhart Teachings personally managed the web stream. The live video was directed and TD’d by Sam Small for Maui’s Small Wonder Video Services. Ray Battaglia of Shoot it Live Honolulu provided his Hi-Def flypac, cameras and engineering. David Langsam from San Francisco, designed the production, painted cameras, ran sound and data wrangled. Alan Hereford also from S.F. was DP and shot, Maui’s Kevin Harrington, and Lyrl Hailstock, also shot and Paul Ehman of Maui’s Ehman Productions lit. Maui’s Swank Productions provided projection video and other staging.
“Maui has a growing identity as a global center for holistic healing and spiritual lifestyle and was a natural choice for this kind of event” says Zelonka. “Eckhart Tolle TV has as strong in-house production capability and what we found in Hawaii was the perfect compliment to what we do.”
